I support those on a journey to express their true selves through their voice.
The path of learning how to sing is about more than how you sound. It is about how it feels to bridge your heart and your voice. When in alignment, expression naturally expands and becomes more powerful, allowing your voice to truly move others.
Through the breath, the body, and the vibration of the voice, I help people access more authenticity, a felt sense of aliveness, connection, and truth within themselves.
I support singers to wipe away the layers veiling their natural voice, because stories, beliefs, and conditioning sometimes prevents the feeling of ease sharing our voices with others. If you have never seen yourself as a singer, or have felt disconnected from your heart, body, or creative expression, the opportunity to evolve is here now. Through breath, voice, movement, and meditation we create space for your voice to open in a way that feels authentic, gentle, and inviting.
My childhood love for singing blossomed into many different musical avenues as an adolescent and young adult; and eventually, I landed upon chanting mantra, a practice in bhakti (devotional) yoga.
My singing was placed on the backburner during several years of pursuing a professional career and higher education. After experiencing burnout and lack of aliveness, I had a turning point when I began studying yoga more deeply and singing as a spiritual practice that led me to the work I now share with others.
